Our high-quality fine cocoa is grown by our longstanding partners in various corners of the world. Personal responsibility, from gentle harvesting to meticulous hand processing, ensures the exceptional quality of Läckerli Huus cocoa, from Columbian fine cocoa for our 72% Grand Cru selection to pink chocolate from hand-selected ruby cocoa beans and blonde chocolate made from caramelised milk powder. The high-quality milk comes from sustainable Swiss farms.

The cocoa used at Läckerli Huus comes from the world’s premier cocoa plantations. The ripe cocoa beans are carefully harvested, hand fermented and dried. The cocoa is then carefully roasted and transformed into fine couverture chocolate by our trusted Swiss partners. Extended conching draws out the chocolate’s exquisite flavours. Our cocoa paste is produced following our special Läckerli Huus recipeto form the foundation of our delicious chocolate creations.
Our chocolate boasts a lustrous shine and perfect melt – which can only be achieved through careful and accurate temperature control. As seasoned chocolatiers, we devote meticulous care to crafting and perfecting our products. Every praline, every truffle and every bar of chocolate is handcrafted and unique.
