Does your order contain chocolate delicacies? For quality reasons, in the summer months these items can only be sent by priority shipment for a charge.
We ship, where possible, by courier service, customs cleared and all duties and taxes paid, so that no costs are incurred by the recipient (see the list below). Duties and taxes differ significantly from country to country and may vary. The exact costs are determined and displayed during the ordering process. No invoice or delivery note with price information is enclosed with the package.

Läckerli Huus accepts orders from all over the world. The following countries cannot currently be supplied: Ukraine and Russia.
Orders from abroad can only be made using a credit card. Possible country-specific fees/customs duties may additionally be payable upon receipt of a package.

* Orders received by 10 a.m. on working days (MO-FR) will be handed over for dispatch on the same day and delivered on the next working day (priority) or within 2 working days (economy). No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
** Orders placed before 2 p.m. delivered no later than 9 a.m. next day (delivery Monday to Saturday)
Please note that exact delivery dates cannot be specified for deliveries abroad due to customs conditions and long shipping routes. Desired delivery dates cannot therefore be guaranteed.
Our recommendation: Please place your order in good time, at least 5 (CH/FL) or 15 (abroad) working days before the desired delivery date. Prior to holiday periods (Easter and Christmas), longer package delivery times must be expected.

Deliveries within Switzerland:
Packages under 2 kg will only be sent by Priority mail. Packages between 2 kg and 30 kg will be sent by the cheapest mail delivery option (Economy) unless otherwise specified. If your package needs to be delivered very quickly, we will also send it by Priority mail for a slightly higher postage charge. Please contact our Customer Service team for orders over 30 kg.
Packages up to 30 kg will be delivered by the FedEx courier service because of the restrictive import regulations/Bioterrorism Act. Please note the respective delivery costs. Please contact our Customer Service team for orders over 30 kg.
A package from Läckerli Huus always makes a happy surprise. If desired, we include a greeting card in your package.
If you click on the «Use standard greeting text» button during the ordering process, we will automatically include our beautiful Läckerli Huus gift card with the following text in your gift shipment: «We are sending this delicious greeting from Läckerli Huus on behalf of: (your name and address).»
You may also write a special greeting by entering your own text in the appropriate field. If you do not add your own greetings text, we will include a delivery note with your gift package.
Please note that Läckerli Huus will be stated as the sender on gift packages.
It is not possible to make returns or exchanges, with the exception of defective goods or incorrect deliveries that are the fault of Läckerli Huus AG.
