Chocolate indulgence with pistachios

Nutty snack, ice cream, crunchy topping, Dubai chocolate: pistachios are in trend at the moment and their green colour will even be seen throughout the fashion world this spring. So the cute "Pistacchio" chocolate bunny has come at just the right time. "We had the initial idea for an Easter bunny with those two ingredients long before the Dubai chocolate hype," said Stefan Stockmann, Product Manager. Pistachio meets chocolate – according to Stockmann that's the only similarity between the bunny from Basel and the speciality trend from the United Arab Emirates. 

The pistachio and chocolate combination is a hit with both chocolate and nut fans alike. A particularly special feature is the fact that "Pistacchio" is made from white chocolate: the creaminess, smooth texture and mild taste of this chocolate harmonise perfectly with the nutty pistachio aroma with its hint of buttery sweetness. The pistachio pieces give the bunny a fine "crunch" and his characteristic appearance with light green sprinkles. The lovingly decorated Läckerli Huus Easter bunnies are carefully made by hand using traditional methods – so every bunny is unique.
