Our chocolatiers' new creation combines whole hazelnuts with the finest Swiss milk chocolate. Careful roasting enables the carefully selected hazelnuts to develop their intense nutty aroma and full flavour. However, the real magic happens in the coating bowl, where the nuts are carefully coated with chocolate and then finished with a sprinkling of cocoa powder. This multi-stage process is extremely complex and also requires a great deal of intuition and experience.
